Founded in 2004 by Mr Timothy Yuen with Dr Pang King Chee and Mr Stephen Law, iLearners is a successor firm to joint-family business New Asia Publications which was sold to Singapore’s Marshall Cavendish. Since 2014, iLearners has been a pioneer in collaborative publishing and achieved zero inventory by 2018 through digital printing and customised publications.

Chinese LearnFree is a multi-parties sharing e-commerce platform, where teachers and parents select, writers and designers contribute, the most suitable and tailor-made learning content for any specific student, uses in conjunction with individualised tutorial support. Chinese LearnFree welcomes any qualified user-contributors; and future editions will include Simplified Chinese.
